UPVC Cleaning in Dover & Whitfield
Frames, sills, doors, porches, cladding, fascias and soffits. I bring them back with heated pure water, not bleach or a pressure washer. The plastic is not left dull.

That grey-green film is not really dirt
White UPVC does not really get dirty. It gets a film on it. Traffic dirt, pollen and algae build up in a thin layer. A wet cloth just smears it about. It does come off with the right thing, not a harder scrub.
Heated pure water, not bleach
Heated pure water lifts the film off the plastic. Harsh cleaners can take the shine off too. They can leave UPVC looking chalky. A year later it looks worse.
Frames, sills and trims
The frame, the sill it sits on, and the trim round the edge. Black dirt builds up in the corners and the drain slots. A quick wipe never gets there.
Doors, porches and cladding
Front doors and porches take the most weather. They are the first thing people see. Panels and cladding come up the same way.
Fascias and soffits
The boards under the roof edge, cleaned from the ground. They sit right under the gutter. So they catch all that spills over the front of it.
Where UPVC goes off first
It is never even. Some parts of a house stay white for years. Others go grey in one winter. You can mostly guess which.
Under the gutter
Fascias and soffits catch every spill. Has a gutter been spilling over? Then the boards under it will be the worst part of the house.
The side facing the road
Traffic film is real. Frames on the road side of a house go grey. The back of the same house does not.
North-facing and shaded
Anything that stays damp grows algae. Think of a porch under a tree, or a wall that never gets sun. It goes green, not grey.
Sills and drainage slots
Water sits on a sill and runs out through small slots in the frame. Those slots fill with black grime. They are almost never cleaned.
What cleaning will and will not do
If the UPVC is just dirty, it will come up white. That is a really pleasing job.
Some UPVC has oxidised. That means twenty years of sun have made the surface chalky. Rub it with a dry finger and your finger comes away white. Cleaning will make it better. It will not bring back the shine, because the plastic itself has worn.
That needs a restoration job, not a clean. I would rather tell you that before than after.
Real reviews, not stock quotes
Both of these talk about UPVC and cladding work. Every one is on our Facebook page. The customer posted it in their own words.

“He cleaned all the gutters, pvc fascia board, window and doors. He worked so hard, it’s been years since the PVC was cleaned. There wasn’t any pressure to have a regular window clean or contract.”
